FAIR AND ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS ACT
In response to customers who wish to dispute the accuracy of information that Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank has furnished to a Credit Reporting Agency (“CRA”) concerning a mortgage loan, consumer loan or line of credit account with us, we request that you fill out a Direct Dispute form. We will then investigate any disputes that you as a customer has with our reporting to the credit bureaus.
